Come join our growing company in Brockville! We are authorized sales & service of Sharp & Lexmark office equipment. The successful candidate will service within an area reaching from Brockville out to Ottawa, Cornwall, Kingston regions.
Must be mechanically inclined, be able to successfully troubleshoot, understand diagnostics, be able to repair, install, connect, and configure all varieties of printers. Be able to physically remove equipment (able to lift up to 50lbs). Must be proficient in basic computer and networking skills. Must be organized and able to manage parts inventory, complete all reports accurately & in a timely manner, ability to work independently and be part of a team. You will help deliver solutions to customers remotely and onsite to ensure maximum user uptime. Must be able to handle high pressure situations and clientele.
A company vehicle will be provided for during work hours.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- MUST have some base knowledge of PRINTER REPAIR. Specific training will be provided to the successful candidate.
- Post-Secondary Education in the area of technical specialization
- Minimum of 3 years related experience
- Valid drivers license & clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and move heavier boxes and copiers safely and competently
- Excellent customer service skills and good communication skills
- Eligible to work in Canada
Wages based on experience.
