Job Responsibilities
In this key role, the Service Representative will be responsible for understanding and addressing the technical needs of our customers advanced treatment septic systems.
Key performance areas include but are not limited to: Maintaining a range of existing customer systems on existing government mandated contracts for their residential septic systems. Field troubleshooting and problem solving. The right candidate will be able to perform the duties of the job that include light plumbing and electrical programming and connections.
Company tools and vehicle, as well as all training are supplied.

This is an entry level position leading to positive growth within a small company in the midst of growth and expansion.
The person selected for this position must be comfortable opening a septic tank.
Job Requirements:
Travel required but very minimal overnight stays. Must have excellent interpersonal skills. Must be a self-motivated, likable, a hands-on person and capable of being trained to perform repairs and maintenance on existing sewage treatment systems. Experience within the industry is preferred but not necessary. Must be reasonably detail oriented, possess time management skills and be well organized. Must have a valid driver's license and supply a recent driving abstract.
