Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven, highly motivated Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by establishing and maintaining relationships with clients in the Lower Mainland. The ideal candidate will be responsible for pursuing new prospects through outbound calling, personal,referral & door to door sales. He/She shall possess a background in outside sales, and the ability to negotiate effectively.
100% Commission Based (Uncapped)

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives within your territory.
- Visit residential or commercial areas to sell products/services directly to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring alignment with company policies and goals.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand product offerings and effectively communicate product features, pricing & benefits to clients.
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote products and expand professional network.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales or technical sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. .
- Excellent negotiation skills, capable of closing deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Bilingual in English, Hindi & Punjabi is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
