Green & Clean Home Solutions is on the rise, proudly serving homeowners in Mississauga and Etobicoke with trusted home improvement services. From painting and staining to window cleaning, eavestrough maintenance, and pressure washing, our goal is to keep homes looking their best. We’re looking for an outgoing Field Sales Associate to join our expanding sales team.

Your Role:
- Knock on doors in selected neighborhoods to spark interest in our services.
- Take part in team huddles each day to review targets and share updates.
- Track leads and follow-ups through our CRM system.
- Book estimate appointments with homeowners you connect with.
- Clearly explain our offerings and respond to homeowner questions.
- Assist in grassroots marketing and community outreach campaigns.
- Work toward achieving both individual and team lead targets.
- Attend virtual check-ins twice per month to evaluate progress and set new goals.
- Stay proactive in improving your performance and skills.
Who We’re Seeking:
- Friendly, confident individuals who are comfortable starting conversations.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is an asset, but not essential.
- Independent workers who also thrive in a team environment.
- Dependable, organized, and efficient with time management.
- Willing to learn, flexible, and receptive to coaching.
