Are you a motivated team leader with hands-on experience managing field or retail operations? Premium Retail Services is looking for a Field Coordinator to support and improve retail program execution across the Mississauga region and surrounding areas.

This is an ideal role for a junior-level manager ready to take the next step. You’ll work closely with a collaborative team, support multiple programs, and develop your leadership skills in a fast-paced, structured environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate field operations within GTA, focusing on execution, consistency, and client satisfaction.
  • Support and coach local field team members and district managers to meet performance goals.
  • Act as a key contact for regional clients, ensuring their expectations are met.
  • Analyze performance data and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and local labour regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

What You Bring:

  • 3–5 years of experience in retail, merchandising, or sales leadership (e.g., territory manager, store manager, district coordinator).
  • Comfortable leading teams and giving constructive feedback.
  • Organized, people-oriented, and ready to learn and grow.
  • Willing to travel within GTA (some national travel may occur).
  • Bilingual (English/French) is a plus, but not required.
  • Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
