Hiring a fence labourer with experience building/installing fence

WORK LOCATION: Stayner
PAY RATE: Depends on experience: $18/hour - $30/hour
As a fence installer you must be able to take direction and show initiative
You must be punctual and be able to work outside with any weather conditions
Meet us at the yard daily between 7-8am
You must have reliable transportation to the yard everyday and be willing to work long hours when needed.
A valid G Drivers Licence is required.
At our company we install chain link, wood and decorative metal fences (residential and commercial)
You can expect to do the following tasks:
- Dig holes
- Clean up dirt
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions (posts, mesh, concrete etc) (must be able to lift 50 lbs)
- Mix concrete Etc.
- Keep tools organized and treated with care
- Machine operating
- Loading and unloading trucks/trailers
- Utilize hand and power tools
- Clean up and put away material/tools at the end of each shift
- Envision job as if you were building it when loading trucks/trailers to ensure you have everything needed for the day and job
- Be quick and know how to adapt to different situations and work environment
- Ensure all fences are plumb and properly aligned.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Perform assessments to determine installation requirements
