We are seeking an experienced Accounts, Sales, and Facility Admin to join our dojo team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our accounts and maximizing enrollments and sales while overseeing the facility's daily operations. You will be tasked with ensuring the dojo is maintained to a high standard and the training environment is safe and comfortable for members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve enrollment and revenue targets
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
- Manage the enrollment process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and financial transactions
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the facility, including maintenance, cleanliness, and safety
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for equipment, supplies, and services
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain proper documentation
- Work collaboratively with the dojo management team to ensure the overall success of the business
Recommended but not required:
- 1-3 years of experience in service based sales, preferably in a martial arts or fitness environment
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Passion for martial arts and fitness
