We’re looking for a Facility Administrator to support our growing operations in the North. In this role, you’ll help keep our values alive — ensuring that as we scale, we continue to lead with care, connection, and community.
What you’ll do:
- Support operations, admin, inventory, and compliance reporting.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers and vendors.
- Manage order entry, invoicing, and shipment scheduling.
- Assist with safety checks, inspections, and documentation.
- Provide general office support and help keep daily operations on track.
Who you are:
- A positive, organized team player with strong communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (experience with SAGE is a plus).
- A critical thinker who works well under pressure.
- Holder of a valid Class 5 driver’s license, willing to learn loader/forklift.
Working Conditions & Physical Demands
This role may require a combination of office-based, remote, and on-site work depending on business needs. Employees should be prepared for:
- Extended periods of sitting, standing, or computer use
- Occasional travel to operational sites or client locations
- Exposure to outdoor or industrial environments, including varying weather and terrain
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by safety protocols
