Position Overview:
We are seeking a skincare expert specializing in customized facial treatments with a strong understanding of skincare science, product knowledge, and client education. The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare, excels at personalization and clienteling, and delivers exceptional facials tailored to individual needs.
As a facialist extraordinaire, you should be social media savvy, business-minded, and eager to grow in the beauty industry. Having an established clientele is a valuable asset. Key Responsibilities:
- Facial Treatments: Perform customized facials, peels, and advanced skincare treatments tailored to individual skin concerns.
- Skincare Expertise: Develop personalized skincare plans for clients, including pre- and post-treatment care.
- Client Relationship Building: Engage in clienteling strategies to create meaningful client connections, ensuring repeat visits and long-term loyalty.
- Retail Sales & Product Knowledge: Educate clients on skincare products and recommend tailored at-home regimens to enhance results.
- Waxing Services (Asset): Provide professional waxing services, including brows, face, bikini, Brazilian, and full-body waxing, if experienced.
- Social Media Savvy: Use social media to showcase your expertise, educate clients on skincare, and highlight the spa’s services.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with industry trends, new skincare innovations, and treatment advancements to continuously improve skills and services.
Performance Expectations:
- Maintain a high client retention rate through personalized service and expert recommendations.
- Achieve strong retail sales performance by confidently educating clients on skincare products.
- Deliver exceptional facials and skincare treatments that prioritize client results and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Aesthetician / Facialist with at least 5 years of experience in facials and skincare treatments.
- Strong expertise in facials, skincare analysis, and product recommendations, Microneedling and Oxygeneo.
- Experience in clienteling and relationship-building to increase repeat business.
- An existing clientele is highly advantageous.
- Business-savvy, career-driven, and passionate about personal and professional growth.
- A client-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
- Social media proficiency is a plus.
- Waxing experience is a strong asset.
