Join Our Team as an Exterior Insulated Finish Systems Supervisor
We are currently seeking an experienced EIFS Supervisor to lead and support our team of plasterers. This leadership role is ideal for professionals who not only have extensive hands-on EIFS experience but also demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and supervise a team of EIFS Plasterers on-site
- Coordinate daily work plans and delegate tasks to meet project timelines
- Ensure proper installation of EIFS systems including air barriers, foam insulation, base coats, mesh, decorative accents and finish coats
- Conduct quality checks to ensure work meets company standards and project specifications
- Train and mentor crew members in proper techniques, safety, and job site conduct
- Maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, and crew
- Ensure safe work practices and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Troubleshoot issues and provide hands-on support when needed
- Track and report daily progress, crew attendance, and material usage
- Ensure proper installation of scaffolding systems and safety components
- Read and follow scaffolding engineer drawings and EIFS site drawings
Work Environment:
- On-site supervision at various construction locations
- Work conditions include working at heights, outdoors, and in hot and cold environments
- Be available to work away from home as needed as our work covers the maritime provinces
Requirements:
Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on EIFS, stucco, or plastering experience
- 2+ years of supervisory or crew lead experience in a construction or trade environment
- 2+ years in scaffolding experience
Certifications:
- WHMIS Certificate (required)
- Fall Protection, First Aid, or other relevant safety certifications considered assets
- Class 5 Canadian driver’s licence
Physical Capabilities:
- Able to lift up to 35kg(75lbs)
- Frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, and standing for extended periods
- Strong manual dexterity and physical stamina
- Repetitive movement for long hours
Tools/Equipment:
- Must bring own steel-toed safety boots
- Must be own EIFS tools and accessories
