Position Summary:
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key link between our valued customers and our high-performing service team. Your goal will be to provide an exceptional customer experience from intake to vehicle delivery — clearly communicating repair recommendations, timelines, and costs while upholding The Honda Way’s commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and determine their service needs through active listening and questioning
Clearly explain vehicle issues, maintenance recommendations, and repair timelines
Prepare accurate repair orders and estimates using CDK and Honda systems
Communicate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient workflow
Follow up with customers regarding ongoing service status, approvals, and vehicle pick-up
Promote additional services and maintenance packages as appropriate
Ensure all warranty and recall work is properly documented and submitted
Maintain high CSI scores by exceeding customer expectations
Collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless dealership experience
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership setting (Honda experience an asset)
Strong working knowledge of CDK or other dealership management systems
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Proven track record of customer satisfaction and sales performance
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Valid BC driver’s license with a clean driving record
