Job description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced cook to join our team specializing in traditional fish and chips. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in seafood preparation and frying techniques, with a focus on delivering consistent quality, flavor, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook fish and chips to order, ensuring high quality and consistency.
- Batter, fry, and season fish fillets, chips, and other seafood according to our recipes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen, following all health and safety regulations.
- Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed to ensure a smooth service.
- Assist in developing and improving recipes, if needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and work collaboratively with front-of-house staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain cooking equipment, ensuring all fryers, grills, and utensils are clean and in proper working condition.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
