Key Requirement:
. Minimum of 5 years of Canadian dental administration experience is a must.
.Experience with Abeldent software is a must .
.dental assistant back ground is preferred.
.familiar with dental terminology and front office procedure.
.fast-paced insurance claims processing.
.Strong organizational and communication skills
.Verify patient information and insurance coverages.
.process and send insurance claims in a fast-paced environment.
.Answer and direct phone calls efficiently.
.Great patients warmly and manage all front desk activities.
