Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aluminum railing installation and glass railing installation, with the ability to interpret drawings and schematics. This role involves working with various hand and power tools and performing installation tasks on various surfaces and applications. The Installer will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. A minimum of 5 years installing railing is required.
Responsibilities
- Install glass and aluminum railings
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project requirements.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for installation tasks.
- Perform work as needed, including framing and trim installation.
- Execute caulking and sealing of joints to ensure durability and aesthetics.
- Conduct restoration work on existing structures as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines during installations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in related field.
- Strong ability to perform various installation tasks.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site.

- Must have fall protection training

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 44 per week
