Quality Solutions Construction Ltd., a proudly Alberta-owned and operated company, is growing rapidly and looking to expand our team. We are currently seeking Experienced Excavator Operators to join our dynamic crew.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate various sizes of excavators safely and efficiently in a construction setting
- Perform thorough pre- and post-operational equipment checks and routine maintenance
- Use proper rigging and lifting techniques where required
- Communicate with foremen, truck drivers, and other crew members to ensure coordinated, productive work
- Complete daily logbooks and safety checklists using company-provided devices
- Maintain worksite cleanliness and contribute to safe work practices, including using a track shovel to clean tracks as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience operating excavators in civil construction or earthworks
- Demonstrated ability to operate safely and effectively around utilities, structures, and personnel
- Strong understanding of ground conditions and trenching best practices
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license (clean abstract required)
- Willingness and ability to work extended hours, weekends, and in varying weather conditions
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication and accountability
