Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively monitor premises, enforce rules, and respond to incidents as they arise.
Duties
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security.
- Monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to identify suspicious activities.
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, coordinating with law enforcement when necessary.
- Enforce company policies and procedures regarding security and safety protocols.
- Document incidents and prepare reports as required for management review.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential theft or vandalism risks.
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with visitors and staff.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of loss prevention techniques and strategies.
- Familiarity with law enforcement practices is preferred.
- Proficient in operating CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment.
- Excellent observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective reporting and interaction with others.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
