Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Guard to join our security team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our facilities, employees, and visitors. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations. The Guard will be responsible for monitoring premises through surveillance systems, conducting regular patrols, and ensuring compliance with security protocols.
Responsibilities
- Monitor surveillance cameras and CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities or breaches of security.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to report incidents or provide assistance.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage to property.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
- Enforce facility rules and regulations while providing excellent customer service to visitors and employees.
Experience
- Previous experience in law enforcement or security roles is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and practices is an asset.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert and focused during shifts.
