Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated, self-driven Sales Representative to join our team on a freelance basis. In this role, you will independently generate leads, connect with couples or event planners, and close bookings for our Sofreh Aghd and event decor services.
You’ll work fully remotely, on your own schedule, and operate with complete independence. While this role is highly autonomous, our team will provide you with full support, including marketing materials, service breakdowns, and anything else you need to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
- Independently find and engage potential clients (wedding leads, planners, vendors, etc.)
- Promote Scenic Sofreh’s services and communicate our value to clients
- Manage client communications through to booking confirmation
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and bookings
- Represent the brand professionally in the community and online
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Attend trade shows and networking events to promote products and services.
Experience
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong self-motivation and entrepreneurial drive
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in sales, events, or weddings is an asset
- Fluency in Farsi is strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage your own outreach
Compensation
- Commission: Earn 20% of profit per booking
- Typical commissions range from $250–$700 per event, depending on services booked
- No cap on income — you earn based on your performance
