Position: Evening Manager
Location: San Vito Bakery – 110 Marine Parade Drive, Etobicoke, ON
Schedule: 6 days per week, 6-hour shifts
Salary: $45,000 + incentives

San Vito Bakery is brand new to Toronto, having just opened our doors two weeks ago. We’re building a team that shares our passion for quality, customer service, and creating a neighborhood bakery people can rely on.
Role Overview
We’re looking for an Evening Manager to oversee the bakery during the second half of the day. You’ll be responsible for leading the team, keeping operations running smoothly, and closing the shop each night.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and support staff during evening shifts
- Oversee product quality, displays, and customer service
- Monitor inventory and communicate with ownership on restocking needs
- Ensure the bakery stays clean, safe, and organized throughout the evening
- Handle customer questions, feedback, and concerns professionally
- Close the bakery each night, securing cash, equipment, and premises
- Work with ownership to meet sales targets and improve operations
What We’re Looking For
- Previous management or supervisory experience in food service, retail, or hospitality
- Confident leader with strong organizational skills
- Hands-on, reliable, and able to step in where needed
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, especially in a new business setting
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
- Available evenings, weekends, and holidays
