We're looking for a Cold Line cook to learn new culinary skills and bring good energy to Coyotes Southwestern Grill. You'll be making a daily prep list for your station. Making pizzas, flatbreads and a a variety of hot and cold appetizers. You'll be working alongside our chefs during service cooking our a la carte lunch menu. Shifts run from 3:30pm to approximately 11pm. Full time or part time available.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble cold food items according to menu specifications.
- Ensure all food handling and safety standards are met to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Assist in customer service, providing a positive dining experience for guests.
- Collaborate with team members to manage time effectively during busy service periods.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment throughout the shift.
