RAPS is Seeking an evening caregiver to assist an individual with Parkinsons’- Freezing (E29)
Location South Edmonton (Terwillegar)
Days: Monday to Friday 5pm-9pm +
_ Sunday 8am-8pm _
Job Description: Duties include but are not limited to: personal care (peri care, dressing, bathing/showering, face washing, oral hygiene), manual transfers, ROM exercise, light housekeeping, meal preparation, taking client on outings (nature walks, doctor appointments), supervision, and companionship.
Please note: Scent free home. Must be willing to accommodate and be flexible
Qualifications: the successful candidate must have an updated criminal record check containing the Vulnerable sector check portion, valid HCA Certificate and/ 1-year experience in the health care field and be a non-smoker. Having a driver’s license and vehicle is considered an asset.
Preference given to candidates who can speak Hindi or Panjabi.
Rate of Pay: $16-$19 hour based on qualifications and experience
