We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Estimator Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the construction estimating process, ensuring that all estimates are accurate and submitted in a timely manner. You will collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to build comprehensive estimates that support our project goals.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage detailed construction estimates for various projects.
- Collaborate with project managers to gather necessary information for bids.
- Analyze blueprints and specifications to identify project requirements and costs.
- Negotiate pricing with subcontractors and suppliers to secure the best value for projects.
- Maintain organized records of estimates, changes, and communications throughout the bidding process.
- Assist in project management tasks as needed, ensuring seamless coordination between estimating and execution teams.
- Schedule subcontractors.
