Job description
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Operate equipment (skid steers, excavators, rollers, grader, paver) in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform daily inspection and maintenance checks
Skill & Requirements:
- Valid Ontario drivers license
- AZ or DZ license is an asset but not required
- Knowledge of safety rules and policies
- Able to work independently
- Able to manage time effectively
- Capable of taking direction and engaging in two-way communication
- Positive, respectful attitude with the willingness to learn
Work Environment:
- Seasonal position - outdoor work in various types of weather
- 40 - 55 hours / week
Experience :
- Construction or asphalt experience is considered an asset but we are willing to train the right candidate
Compensation:
- $22/ hour-$30/hour
