Entry-Level Wood Finisher / Production Worker
Location: Vancouver, BC
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
Wage: $19–$22/hour (based on experience)

We are seeking an Entry-Level Wood Finisher / Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. We produce high-quality wood coatings and prefinished wood products for the construction industry, and this role is a hands-on part of the finishing process.
Responsibilities:
- Operate wood sanding machines and wood brushing machines
- Operate wood staining machines (training provided)
- Prepare and clean up machines and work areas before/after production runs
- Assist with material handling and production flow
- Complete related production paperwork accurately
- Maintain attention to detail to ensure high-quality finishes
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
Assets:
- Forklift experience or certification (not required)
- Experience in woodworking, cabinet making, or manufacturing (asset but not required)
Requirements:
- No prior experience required — full training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Comfortable working in a busy production environment (noise, dust; PPE provided)
