Meaningful work you’ll be part of
As an Enterprise Data Director, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Fabric and Databricks for enterprise-scale data solutions
- Integrate Collibra with Databricks and Fabric to enable advanced data governance aligned with firm-wide taxonomies
- Champion adoption of a modern data stack and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, accelerating technology implementation and execution
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
- Develop and present Proof of Concepts and technical demos to validate data platform capabilities
- Mentor and inspire the next generation of data and technology leaders within the CDAO
- Promote an environment where people and technology thrive together
- Uphold and enforce professional, technical, and ethical standards in all project delivery
- Foster a healthy, inclusive working environment and maximize leader and end-user satisfaction
Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve
- Experience in software development, including architecting Azure-based data solutions
- Proven expertise in Databricks, Power BI, Microsoft Azure, Synapse, Data Factory, and Python
- Experience implementing data governance with Collibra and data integration/analytics with Microsoft Fabric
- Strong knowledge of event-driven architecture and modern data platform design
- Demonstrated leadership in technology adoption, innovation, and digital transformation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative approach
- Ability to rapidly stand-up new technologies and lead teams under aggressive timelines
- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance big picture and detailed execution
- Adherence to professional and technical standards, and PwC’s code of conduct and independence
- Experience with Azure ML/MLOps, Kubernetes, Docker, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Terraform, or Pre-Sales Architecture is a nice to have
