Job Responsibilities:
- Embroidery Preparation:
- Prepare garments for embroidery, including hooping and stabilizing fabrics.
- Ensure all materials are ready for the embroidery process according to order specifications.
Embroidery Workflow:
- Operate embroidery machines and assist in the embroidery process.
- Monitor machines to ensure quality output and adjust as needed.
- Daily Maintenance:
- Keep workstations and machines clean and organized.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of embroidery equipment.
Job Requirements:
- No prior experience required—paid training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Physically capable of performing light to moderate physical tasks.
- Candidates with prior embroidery or textile experience will be given preference.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly Pay: Starting at $18/hour (negotiable based on experience).
