Pulsar Measurement is part of the TASi Measurement group and is a worldwide leader in ultrasonic instrumentation for wastewater, industrial, and environmental markets. Since 1986 we have developed, manufactured and marketed industrial flow and level monitoring instruments including ultrasonic level transmitters, clamp-on ultrasonic flow meters, and open channel flow meters.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assemble, install and maintain, and repair mechanical systems and tools.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and identify root causes using diagnostic tools and technical manuals.
- Maintain calibration (In-house or using 3rd party labs) of electrical and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Collaborate with engineers and other technicians on design and process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
- Maintaining Mechanical drawing using CAD software.
- Designing Jig for production support.
- Assist in inspection, testing, adjusting and evaluation of incoming electrical, electro-mechanical, and electronic components and assemblies to ensure conformance with product specifications and tolerances
- Assist in the design, development and testing of electrical and electronic components, equipment, and systems
- Assist in building and testing prototypes to specifications
Position Requirements:
- Ability to create/edit Mechanical drawings using CAD software.
- Ability to understand and debug electronic system using schematics and technical drawings.
- 2+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and mechanical components.
- Ability to use diagnostic tools, hand tools, and precision instruments.
- Ability to read technical documentation and follow complex instructions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Hands on experience with Lathe, Milling machine, Grinding Machine, Drill press etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or technical diploma in Electromechanical Technology, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Certification in Electrical Safety, OSHA, or similar.
Computer Skills:
- Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook, Sharepoint
