Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assemble, install and maintain, and repair mechanical systems and tools.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and identify root causes using diagnostic tools and technical manuals.
• Maintain calibration (In-house or using 3rd party labs) of electrical and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Collaborate with engineers and other technicians on design and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
• Maintaining Mechanical drawing using CAD software.
• Designing Jig for production support.
• Assist in inspection, testing, adjusting and evaluation of incoming electrical, electro-mechanical, and electronic components and assemblies to ensure conformance with product specifications and tolerances
• Assist in the design, development and testing of electrical and electronic components, equipment, and systems
• Assist in building and testing prototypes to specifications

Position Requirements:

• Ability to create/edit Mechanical drawings using CAD software.
• Ability to understand and debug electronic system using schematics and technical drawings.
• 2+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and mechanical components.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools, hand tools, and precision instruments.
• Ability to read technical documentation and follow complex instructions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Hands on experience with Lathe, Milling machine, Grinding Machine, Drill press etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or technical diploma in Electromechanical Technology, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Certification in Electrical Safety, OSHA, or similar.

Computer Skills:

• Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook, Sharepoint
