Job Description:
- As an E-commerce Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of an online food product showroom. This role includes overseeing the listing and delisting of products, managing product displays, and setting prices for new items. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to create B2C promotional campaigns, craft compelling copy for promotional products, and execute online marketing initiatives.
In addition, you will coordinate with the logistics department and drivers to ensure that products are properly packaged and delivered to customers. You will also handle various customer feedback issues, striving to enhance customer satisfaction by addressing their concerns promptly and effectively.
This position requires a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments to ensure smooth operations and successful promotional activities. Your goal will be to maintain a high level of operational efficiency while enhancing the overall customer experience.
Job Requirements:
- E-commerce Operations Experience:Previous experience in e-commerce operations is required.
- Chinese Language Proficiency:Ability to recognize Chinese characters, particularly for identifying Asian food products.
- Bilingual Communication Skills:Proficient in both Chinese and English for online communication with customers.

Pay: $17.00-$24.00 per hour
