Overview
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educators (ECE) and Infant Toddler Educators (IT) to join our team. The ideal candidates will create nurturing, inclusive, and engaging environments that support the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of young children. A strong commitment to early learning, collaboration, and responsive care is essential. These roles work closely with children, families, and team members to provide a high-quality early childhood education experience.
Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster positive relationships and support each child’s development.
- Observe and assess children’s progress, documenting their achievements and areas for growth.
- Lead activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development in children.
- Collaborate with special education professionals to support children with diverse learning needs.
- Maintain organized records of attendance, assessments, and communications.
- Utilize technology to support and enhance children’s learning experiences, as well as to efficiently manage administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Experience working with young children in an educational setting is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities and maintain records efficiently.
- Ability to create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for early childhood education.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of children and the program.
- Basic knowledge of child development principles and practices.
