**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children.
**Duties:**
- Develop and implement actiities that meet the individual needs of each child
- Create a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn and grow
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress
- Knowledge of FLIGHT an asset
**Skills:**
- Experience working with children in an facility based setting
- Ability to plan and implement age-appropriate activities based on observations of the children
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer operation for educational purposes
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
