We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote early childhood education principles.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment for all children, including those with disabilities.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster positive relationships.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and adapting teaching strategies as needed.
- Lead classroom activities that encourage social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Maintain organized records of student progress and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices.
Experience
- Proven experience working with young children in an educational setting is essential.
- Familiarity with early childhood education frameworks and best practices.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing classroom dynamics and guiding support staff.
- Strong organizational skills to effectively plan lessons and manage classroom resources.
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing with diverse audiences.
- Bilingual abilities, particularly in French, are a plus but not required.
