Responsibilities

- Provide individualized attention to each child, recognizing their unique needs and learning styles.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss children's progress and address any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of children's development, attendance, and assessments.
- Utilize strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities effectively.
- Incorporate leadership skills to guide teaching assistants or volunteers in the classroom setting.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
Requirements
- A minimal Level 1 childcare certificate is mandatory
- Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting is essential.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood education practices.
- Excellent time management skills to balance multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to write clear and concise reports on children's progress and activities.
- Familiarity with special education practices
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities to inspire and guide young learners effectively.
