Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards.
- Educate children through a variety of activities, including play, storytelling, and hands-on learning.
- Create a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
- Utilize computer operation skills to maintain records and communicate effectively with staff and families.
- Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, ensuring an inclusive classroom setting.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and share best practices.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with early childhood education trends.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education.
- Experience working with young children in a classroom setting is essential.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus;
- Strong written communication skills for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Familiarity with computerised systems for record keeping and lesson planning.
- A compassionate approach towards teaching children, especially those with disabilities or special needs.
- Ability to create a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment for all students.
