Overview
The Early Childhood Supervisor plays a crucial role in fostering a nurturing and educational environment for young children. This position involves overseeing the daily operations of early childhood programs, ensuring that children receive high-quality care and education. The supervisor will work closely with staff, parents, and the community to promote the development and well-being of each child.

Duties

• Supervise and support early childhood educators in implementing age-appropriate curricula and activities.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and organizational policies regarding early childhood education.
• Conduct regular assessments of children's progress and development, providing guidance to educators on best practices.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports children’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
• Collaborate with families to address individual needs and promote family engagement in the educational process.
• Provide training and professional development opportunities for staff to enhance their caregiving skills.
• Manage classroom resources effectively, ensuring a safe and stimulating learning environment for all children.
• Advocate for children with disabilities, ensuring their inclusion in all activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
