WHAT YOU’LL DO
Your role will be 50% hands-on juice production + 50% customer service/office work. You’ll:
- Help with juice production, prepping produce, pouring juices/nut milks, and keeping the kitchen organized.
- 2 days a week you'll be in charge of making all the nut milks and smoothies for the days ahead.
- Assist customers by phone, email, and in person at our shop.
- Keep the inbox and office organized, adding orders to production & help with invoicing.
- Problem solving customer issues and giving above and beyond customer service.
- Step in where needed, bringing ideas, solutions, and positivity to the team.
- Helping with various office + admin tasks
- Assisting the CEO
- Contributing to our marketing team
- Step back and see the bigger picture of the day and week - anticipating where extra support is needed, then speaking up and problem-solving to keep everything on track
SCHEDULE
- Must be available Mondays + Thursdays 6:30AM-2:30PM. Must be able to work Tuesday or Wednesday 9AM-5PM and some Saturdays or Sundays. 3-4 days per week to start.

COMPENSATION + GROWTH
We start at $21/hour during your 3-month trial period, giving us both time to ensure the role is the right fit. After that, you can expect an increase of $2–$3/hour based on performance, with regular raises every 6 months after that.
This role is designed for growth - both in skills and pay.
