We are currently considering candidates for the following position:
• Duty Manager
The successful candidate will work closely with the Front Desk Manager and Reservations Manager in leading the daily operations of the Front Desk team, as well as supporting the Reservations function. Responsibilities will include (but not limited to): maintenance of service standards & guest satisfaction at the highest level; motivation, training and development of team members; administrative duties such as coordinating reports and leading emergency response procedure; assist in processing reservations, modifications and cancellations from internal and external channels and be knowledgeable about packages and promotional options available.
Job Requirements
Excellent opportunity for an energetic, self-motivated, team-oriented leader, with minimum 2 years Front Desk supervisory experience in a similar environment. Flexibility in shifts is essential. Candidate must have exceptional guest service and communication (both verbal and written) skills, and strong attention to detail, as well as proven leadership and problem-solving abilities. Some Post-Secondary education is required, preferably in a recognized Hospitality Program. Strong knowledge of computer systems required, OPERA (or similar) and additional languages are preferred.
