Summary
We are hiring a Driver Cleaner to join our full-time weekday team. This position includes driving a company-provided vehicle (no personal vehicle required) and working closely with a team of 3–4 to perform high-quality home and occasional commercial cleans throughout the Vancouver and Tri-Cities area.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive a company vehicle to and from client homes (must hold a valid BC Class 5 driver’s license)
- Work in a team to deliver full residential and occasional commercial cleaning services
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, kitchen and bathroom cleaning
- Handle special cleaning projects including floor care, window washing, and furniture upkeep
- Follow cleaning checklists and safety standards
- Communicate professionally with teammates and clients to ensure quality service
- Demonstrate efficiency, teamwork, and attention to detail throughout the day
Requirements
- Valid full BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable driving in Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, and surrounding areas
- Physically able to lift, bend, reach, and complete full-day cleaning tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions as well as work independently
- Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Previous cleaning experience is a strong asset but not mandatory
- Must be available full-time Monday to Friday during the day
- Able to complete in-house training and meet company quality standards
