Starting at 6:00 to 6:30 am, pick up Van from Shop, meet Project Manager for daily deliveries and duties
Pick up materials, equipment, finished goods to deliver at project sites
Help with set up and clean up of job sites, take garbage to dump
Assist with General labor on site when required
Ability to do small handyperson repairs and have knowledge in Residential and Commercial Renovation
Shop and Vehicle upkeep to maintain clean working environment
Finish work between 2:00 and 4:00
Residential Construction knowledge is very important
Ability to carefully lift heavy materials
Organized and Energetic individual with the ability to communicate clearly both through verbally and technology (phone, computer).
Fast paced environment and requires patience while navigating the downtown core of Toronto
Must be at least 25 years of age with a clean drivers abstract with experience driving a cargo van
Must have fluent and clear handle of the English language
Ideal job for a tradesman who is looking to get off the tools but still likes to be around the jobsite and can do small handyperson repairs, and has had residential renovation experience

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 44 per week
