Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dough Maker to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dough for a variety of baked goods. Your expertise in food handling and preparation will contribute to the overall success of our kitchen operations. Responsibilities
- Prepare and mix ingredients according to established recipes to create dough for various baked products.
- Ensure all food handling and safety standards are strictly followed during the preparation process.
- Package finished products efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely production and delivery of baked goods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to health regulations.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring ingredient supplies and reporting shortages.
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that all products meet quality expectations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or a kitchen environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with baking techniques, including cake decorating, is a plus.

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
