Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cabinet Sander and a Paint Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for prepping/sanding doors and parts for finishing while ensuring quality standards are met. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. These Sanding & Paint Associates will also collaborate with other team members to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.
- Operate hand tools to apply paint and finishes accurately.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and enhance productivity.
Experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in operating power tools, hand tools, and pushing heavy carts is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to maintaining safety standards in the workplace.

Pay: $17.00-$23.59 per hour
