Job Overview:
As a Document Specialist/Customer Service representative at our Immigration Consultants Service, you will be responsible for managing client documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with immigration requirements, while delivering exceptional customer support.
Responsibilities:
Review, organize, and verify client documents (e.g., visas, applications, affidavits) for completeness and compliance.
Scan, upload, and maintain digital/physical files in accordance with company and legal standards.
Track document statuses and deadlines to ensure timely processing.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, or in-person consultations.
Address inquiries with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic computer skills.
Strong communication and customer service abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.47-$26.34 per hour
