Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Distribution Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations, managing the flow of goods, and maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse distribution and a strong understanding of logistics processes.
Duties
- Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) for tracking inventory and managing order fulfillment.
- Perform order picking tasks to prepare items for shipping, ensuring accuracy in selection and packaging.
- Assist in shipping and receiving operations, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against purchase orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to build pallets and prepare products for distribution.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Perform work in a safe matter, complying with and adhering to all company, operational, safety, health and environmental procedures and practices including the use of personal protective equipment and proper attire in keeping with safety standards.
- Adhere to the start/end times, reliable and punctual.
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse distribution or a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with pallet jacks(Manual and electric).
- Knowledge of order picking processes and shipping/receiving procedures.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical capability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
