We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Server Assistant to join our food service team. As a Server Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring our dining area is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained for our customers. - Food and Beverage Service:
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Prepare and restock beverages, condiments, and other supplies as needed
- Cleaning and Sanitation:
- Wash dishes, utensils, and equipment according to health and safety standards
- Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and floors in the dining area
- Mop floors and maintain a clean and safe environment for customers
- Facility Maintenance:
- Check and restock washrooms with essential supplies (paper towels, soap, toilet paper, etc.)
- Ensure washrooms are clean and well-maintained
- Additional Tasks:
- Roll cutlery and prepare silverware for service
- take drink orders
- serve food
- Clean and organize tables, chairs, and other dining area furniture
- Assist with other tasks as needed to ensure smooth service
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (dishes, trays, etc.)
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
