JOB DESCRIPTION: Making sure all dishes and utensils are washed after use and kitchen areas are kept cleaned and organized.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Making sure all dishes are washed as per the club’s standard
- Ensuring the dishwasher is functioning properly, clean and the chemicals are filled
- Keep the dish area organized and clean at all times
- Assisting chef and cooks with dinner service (on the line) different positions when required
- Basic prep work in the kitchen as required
- Cleaning of equipment and machinery as per procedures
- Responsible to dispose of recycling and garbage
- Responsible for sweeping and mopping kitchen and associated areas as per closing procedures
- Other cleaning and duties as required
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience an asset
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
- Must be available for all shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays and late nights
- Must be a minimum of 14 years of age
- Must have transportation to and from work
- Able to work with a team and independently

- To be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
