Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within our food service operations. Responsibilities
- Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, pots, pans, and utensils efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure proper sanitation practices are followed.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, including washing vegetables and organizing ingredients.
- Help keep the kitchen organized by properly storing clean dishes and utensils.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and support during peak hours.
- Dispose of waste properly and assist with recycling efforts in the kitchen.
- Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines for food handling.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food service operations and hospitality standards is a plus.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented atmosphere while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness in food handling practices.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment, assisting where needed in food preparation or other kitchen tasks.
