Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, floors, and trash stations
Organize clean dishes and kitchenware for use by chefs and line cooks
Assist with basic kitchen prep as needed
Follow all safety and sanitation policies
Qualifications:
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Team player with a positive attitude
Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right person
