Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Responsibilities
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors regularly.
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, including washing vegetables and preparing ingredients for cooking.
- Organize and restock clean dishes and utensils in designated areas to ensure efficiency during service.
- Dispose of waste properly and ensure that garbage bins are emptied regularly.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and support during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of basic food handling practices is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
