To assist in our current human resource needs, we are seeking to recruit internally and externally, 1 team member who is dedicated to teamwork, understand commitment, accept responsibility, and possess exemplary verbal and written communication skills to the position of: Direct Support Professional – Facilitator (Full-Time Status)
Reporting to the Location Supervisor at our Dresden location, the successful candidate must be prepared to support people with complex care needs, including communication, behavioral and/or medical needs. The Direct Support Professional – Facilitator, will also be responsible for the creation and upkeep of all support documentation including the personal development plan, goals, and individual finance documentation.
The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts which include Days, Afternoons, Evenings,Midnights, some weekends and/or Holidays. This position requires that the successful candidate be able to safely conduct physical maneuvers and be prepared for work of a demanding physical nature, including but not limited to lifting, bending, and twisting.
Preferred qualifications include successful completion of a two (2) year community college diploma and/or university degree in a related field, with work experience in human services.
