Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Neurofeedback Practitioner to join our team. This role involves working closely with client to provide neurofeedback therapy aimed at improving mental health and cognitive function. The ideal candidate will have experience in client care, data collection, and case management, particularly with children and individuals requiring special education support.
Responsibilities
- Conduct neurofeedback sessions with cllients, ensuring a supportive, trauma-sensitive and therapeutic environment.
- Collect and analyze data related to client progress and treatment outcomes.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on client assessments and feedback.
- Provide case management support, including coordinating care with other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress reports.
- Educate client and their families about neurofeedback therapy and its benefits.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest research in neurofeedback and related fields to ensure best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience in client care, particularly in pediatrics or special education settings is preferred.
- Strong skills in data collection and analysis to monitor client progress effectively.
- Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to neurofeedback practices.
- Previous experience working in a clinical setting is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
- A background in research related to neurofeedback or cognitive therapies is a plus.
- A compassionate approach towards working with children and individuals facing mental health challenges is essential.

Pay: $80.00-$130.00 per hour
