Role: Digital Marketing Strategist (Hybrid)

Salary Range: $75K – $90K
As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and executing creative, data-driven strategies that deliver measurable results for our clients. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to transform campaign objectives into actionable digital strategies across multiple platforms, including paid, owned, and earned media. This role requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills to consistently produce high-impact outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Develop integrated campaigns across platforms, including SEO, paid ads, social media, mobile, and web.
- Partner with project leads to scope work, create accurate estimates, and manage project timelines.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting, analysis, and optimization recommendations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by proactively identifying opportunities, addressing concerns early, and recommending solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing leadership and support throughout strategy, ideation, and execution.
- Ensure projects remain within scope, budget, and timeline while meeting or exceeding KPIs.
- Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to campaigns.
- Contribute to new business development initiatives as needed.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital strategies tailored to specific client goals.
- Write communications briefs ensuring creative and media are effectively integrated.
- Collaborate with web and creative teams to optimize websites for SEO and performance.
- Manage campaign budgets and track deliverables against projections.
- Participate actively in client and team meetings.
Qualifications & Skills
- Post-secondary education in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in advertising/marketing, with at least 2 years in digital strategy, creative, media, or account management.
- Hands-on experience with digital platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Adobe Analytics, and social media advertising.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly, explain complex topics simply, and persuasively sell strategies.
- Proven time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into strategy.
- Experience formulating and executing long-term digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Flexible, collaborative, and solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Time Tracking – Accurately record time spent on client and internal projects (monitored in Function Point).
- Billable Utilization – Achieve 80% billable time within six months.
- Scope Management – Proactively flag and escalate out-of-scope tasks 100% of the time.
- Project Delivery – Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with accurate billing projections.
- Client Satisfaction – Build strong relationships by providing proactive communication and effective solutions.
